For this bootcamp, we'll walk through the Google Ventures innovation framework, the updated Design Sprint 2.0 process, and get a taste of our community design sprint format that includes hands-on exercises, gamification and immersive augmentation tools.
Design sprints help you answer these critical business questions through radical collaboration, rapid prototyping, and human-centered strategies. They are a flexible, time-boxed problem-solving framework that increases the chances of making something people want. What you get is a process that ignites innovation, empathy, and teamwork to turn ideas into action faster.
Inspired by Google Ventures and AJ&Smart, we've refined this model to include equity-centered design principles, storytelling, improv, and integrated theories of Jazz and Martial Arts.
